Application:
KASY-E Series computer control rotogravure press is applied for continuous multi-color printing on rolling materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE film, aluminum foil, cellophance and paper.

1. This series is combination type, the printing unit can be increased or decreased, the reverse printing mechanism can be installed upon required by customers.
2. Shaftless pneumatic printing cylinder loading, prompt and convenient for printing cylinder change.
3. Alloy guide roller with static balance, sealed type oven, fast drying with less energy consuming, and automatic constant temperature control system.
4. Auto constant tension controller and magnetic powder brake for control of unwinding and feed drawing.
5. Frequency converter control for rewinding and output drawing, realizing more stable operation results.
6. Pneumatic back pressure moving doctor blade structure.
7. Printing ink circulating system.
8. High-accuracy gear transmission box, adopting patent technology.
9. Unwinding and rewinding roll materials by double-station turret mechanism, realizing auto material change without machine stop.
